Good budget hotel. Rooms are well furnished and maintained.

Restaurent is not yet ready and the Lift not running

Only hospitality and good behaviour of the hotel staffs.

Room services, housekeeping are very poor and needs immediate improvement/development for comfortable stay. No hot water in toilets. It is available in buckets only on request.

Low budget hotel, near to sea beach & temple so was comfertable for us. Hotel staff were cooperative& always helpful. There was no hidden charges, billing was fair and transperent.

Cleanliness was not upto the mark.

It is near the sea beach of puri. The Hotel management is helping in nature.It is a upcoming hotel hence lacks facilities like resturant. The lift facility is ungoing, likely to be finished soon. It is a budget hotel if one sticks to the timing or else you may have to pay more.

The plumbing and bathroom needs revamping.

overall service was not good, water supply in washroom was very bad. All time yellow water with lots of sands were coming from tap. Room was not cleaned also it was smelling very bad.

Behaviour of staff

1) Hotel cleanliness was very,very poor. The bathrooms were not clean, were not having any exhaust fans and hence was always smelling bad. There was no provision of hot water in bathrooms. 2) The rooms were very small and had cushions which were very uncomfortable. The double bed rooms mainly contained two single beds pushed together, which often got separated when people goto sleep, so they were very uncomfortable. 3)The breakfast was not at all nice. Food was very average over there in the hotel. 4) The lift is a 18th century one and smells very bad, so you will not be able to avail the lift even though there is a lift. 5)The hotel is far away from the sea beach and you have to walk atleast 15 mins to reach the sea beach.

manager was responsive and informative

staff very irresponsive and services offered very poor.

Service was excellent. Quite near to Beach, its not like Puri hotel etc beach facing but 5 min walking distance from beach side. Charges was quite cheap, food was excellent. Staff were quite friendly.

If you get room in top floor then boss you may face problem because lift do not work most of the time.

The hotel location is good .The temple as well as the beach are at walkable distance form the hotel.The staff is young and eager to help the inmates.The room was spacious and well maintained.

The hot water was not available through the hot water tap in the bathroom.But the staff provided bucket full of hot water when ever required.

I liked the food of the restaurent

Nothing that I can mention

Nice clean room with hot water shower and close to the beach.

7am check out was a shock as I have never stayed anywhere that has such an early check out (especially as we only stayed one night and checked in at 11pm).
